How to delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes any data we received when you signed in with Google or Facebook.

Option 1: Email us

Send an email to lumierecovesupport@gmail.com from the address you used to sign in, with the subject line "Delete my data". Please include your name and, if you have one, an order number so we can find your account.

Option 2: Delete it yourself

Sign in to your account at lumierecove.com and open your account page to review or remove your saved details and addresses. If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Lumière Cove from your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites.

What happens next

We confirm your request within 2 business days and delete your account and personal data within 30 days. We may keep limited records, such as order and tax records, where the law requires it. You will get an email when the deletion is complete.
