We want you to love every piece from Lumière Cove. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible items
- Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging.
- Custom, personalized or clearly marked final-sale items cannot be returned.
- Items damaged in transit or received incorrectly will be replaced or fully refunded, including shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
How to start a return
Email lumierecovesupport@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Large and fragile items
Furniture, mirrors and glassware must be repackaged securely. Items damaged in return transit may not be eligible for a full refund.
Order cancellations
You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us. Once an order has shipped, the return policy above applies.
