This website is operated by Lumière Cove ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or purchasing from us you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability, in which case you will be refunded in full. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.

Products

We make every effort to display colors, materials and dimensions accurately, but screens vary and small differences may occur. Product images are for illustration.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other payment providers. We do not store your card details.

Product use and safety

Furniture, lighting and tableware should be used as intended and according to any included instructions. Lighting must be installed by a qualified electrician where required. Decorative tableware may not be suitable for food use unless stated on the product page.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Lumière Cove and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to your place of residence to the extent required by consumer protection law, and otherwise by the laws of Italy.
